While the fee is the patient's responsibility at the time of treatment, we will gladly assist you in filing insurance claims. Be sure to present your insurance information to our office staff at the time of your visit. Patients with HMO's and PPO's should present their ID card to verify our participation. Please be familiar with your insurance plan so that if referral paperwork is required, you will have it available before, or at the time of, your visit. If for some reason your insurance carrier ultimately denies your claim and/or does not pay for the services rendered, you are still responsible for the bill incurred for the services performed. For your convenience, we accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express.
