Do you have a list of participating insurance carriers?
We participate with most Pennsylvania insurance companies, for example:
  • Blue Cross and Blue Shield
  • Highmark Blue Shield
  • Independent Blue Shield
  • Medicare
  • Medicaid
  • U.S. Healthcare
  • United Healthcare
  • AARP
  • Cigna

We also accept other carriers. If you do not see your insurance listed above, please call our office and ask for our billing department.

Do you have a payment plan?
We do not have a formal payment plan. However, if you find that due to a personal hardship you are unable to pay in full, payment arrangement may be possible.

Do I need to pay for my procedure/test prior to being seen?
Co-payments are expected at the time of check-in. Procedures and tests will be billed to your insurance carrier.

Do you accept personal checks?
Yes.

Can I pay by credit card? Which ones do you accept?
We accept American Express, Visa, and MasterCard as well as all debit cards.

Do I have to pay my co-pay upfront?
Co-Payments are expected at the time of check-in for your appointment.

Do I need a referral if you do not accept my insurance carrier?
We do not require that you have a doctor's referral if you have insurance coverage that we do not participate in. You will, however, be expected to pay for your visit upfront and we will provide you with the proper documentation to send to your insurance company to be reimbursed for your visit.
